HOSPICE CARE

Crohn’s & Colitis UK, founded as a patients' association in 1979, now have over 40,000 members across the UK

Cancer Research estimate that 1 in 2 people in the UK born after 1960 will be diagnosed with some form of cancer during their lifetime.

The hospice care sector supports more than 225,000 people with terminal and life-limiting conditions in the UK each year.
